“Extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. The condition of our room did not meet basic hotel standards. There were blood stains, cleanliness issues, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Our private bathroom was also in terrible condition, with the tub/bathroom bubbling and falling apart. The ice machine was broken, and the entrance bathroom we had to use had no toilet paper and a wet floor, creating an unsafe situation. We brought our concerns forward and a supervisor came to……

“Very clean hotel with surprisingly super comfortable beds…. however, the morning breakfast was lacking eggs were runny, turkey sausage was like jerky and where is the waffle maker? Pretty much the family ate bagels and a yogurt. It’s affordable but you do get very basic rooms and basic breakfast. Would stay again for a short stay though.”
