“There was a weird pink stain on some of the laundry that I noticed before I even used it. The shower curtain had yellow stains which tells me it went a long time without being cleaned. The fridge was a drawer and since the concierge didn't tell me that it was the fridge (a guest did), I didn't know where it was for a while. It was set to fridge only and locked out of freezer mode so my ice cream melted and I didn't realize it right away. I also didn't realize that shared meant like a dorm style……

“Palihouse location is amazing, middle of Hyde Park with shopping and restaurants all around. Rooms are clean and nice, very cute ambiance. However my husband didn’t enjoy the basic cable, no streaming options, ESPN or golf channel. ”

“Truly an amazing experience everyone was so friendly and helpful from valet to check in! Even surprised us with a sweet treat for our anniversary. Hotel was beautiful didn’t really leave the hotel great food & drinks! THE aesthetic 10/10 not to mention I lost a necklace and was returned almost immediately thank you! ❤️ ”

“Really nice area of town to stay in. Was much smaller than I expected, and the pictures online represent multiple units at the same property. Very comfortable, but treat this as a place to lay your head and get a night’s rest. ”

“Service was friendly, courteous … and sloooow. Beds were comfy and room clean, but few amenities and the breakfast was only breads and carbs (very limited). Not bad overall, and would recommend if you just need a place to crash and is convenient to the airport.”
