The property is 2 blocks from Downtown Glendale, near shops and restaurants. 6.6 miles from the Cardinals State Farm Stadium/ Westgate. PHX airport 20 minute, Dodgers practice stadium 7.7.
The house is broken up into 4 Individual private suites. Like a 4 plex property. No shared spaces
