This home has a fantastic location for golfing, hiking and many other amenities. It is located on the 2nd hole of Tonto Verde Golf Club, offering unparalleled views of the hole and the mountains. Being at the end of the cul-de-sac, you will have access to many different walking paths around the community. This prestigious gated community allows for many amenities, including a community swimming pool with a pool bar, a separate lap pool, fitness facility, day spa and a fully licensed restaurant. Trilogy also has bikes and kayaks available for rent. The community is only a short drive away from shopping centres and fine-dining restaurants.
