“From the moment we arrived, Derrick treated us like family. He was great about sharing his knowledge of AZ in every pleasurable way. From introducing us to all the happening spots to eat, relax and get the most out of Scottsdale and boy did we! Thanks Derrick! The room was great! The pool and lobby area was spectacular! “Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools and hot tubs however we did notice grime buildup on the tiles of all the pools we visited. Not a huge issue but an area of improvement. Would love a sign at the pool that reminds guests that towels are in the rooms for people that are staying there for the first time and don’t know that the pool areas don’t have the towels. Beautiful property……

“My husband and I stayed here for several weeks in one of the Villas, and we put some friends up in the main hotel. There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff. On the last night that our guest stayed in the main hotel, the ceiling in her room leaked everywhere due to a burst toilet pipe from the room above. It rained all over her clothing and laptop, ruining her……
