Absolutely amazing condo! Gorgeous view of river, geese and ducks to feed. Quite rooms and would definitely 100% will stay again. Just a few steps from Dolly stampede and waffle house etc. Rate stay 10 out of 10!!

Beautiful condo just had a few problems
The condo is very nice but we had a few problems we keep smelling something in the pantry and we found a dead bird wrapped in a paper towel I sent pictures to the owner but never heard back from her I think someone put it there not sure if it was the cleaning people or one if the workers but it was gross I know she had had some workers in there When we got ready to wash a load of towels we were not told that the washer was new and wasn’t working and would not spin so we had to ring all the towels out by hand I call the owner and someone answered her phone and said they forgot to tell us about the washer but that Lowe’s was due out between 11 and 2 to fix it but no one showed up The next day still no one to fix the washer and we needed to use it and couldn’t so we decided to leave on Thursday and go home we were supposed to stay until Saturday but didn’t want to ring out towels by hand I’m sure the owner wasn’t aware of all the things I mentioned because we have stayed in some of her other units and never had a problem but I wanted her to know so she wouldn’t have problems like this again

Lovely Condo in Great Location
We’ve stayed at Riverstone Condos many times over the years, and this was the best one we’ve had. It has 2 bedrooms and baths, a roomy kitchen, and plenty of seating in the den. We don’t cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked and had lots of storage space. The deck looks out over the river and the ducks and geese are constant entertainment. There is a view of some mountains, which I love. It’s an end unit so there are lots of windows. The owners are easy and prompt to communicate with. My husband and I said it’s really enough space for us, we should just sell our house and buy something like it.

We were in Pigeon Forge for a gymnastics meet. The condo was really perfect for us. We had so much space for everyone to get ready. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment to make anything you need. It was very clean and beautiful. We also loved the location, it was close to Laconte Center and all the activities gymnastics did as a team, and it was close to the national park and the beautiful mountains. The pool area was so nice and the kids spent a lot of time on the jump pad. Thank you! We would love to stay again!

We had not received the check in info before we left for our trip, I thought maybe they would send it when the condo was ready. We arived and still had not received the door code. I tried several times to call the number listed and it just said not available to take your call. Sent a couple of messages with no reply. Finally found the number for VRBO and called them. They could not get ahold of the owners and started a case and told us that they would reimburse us for a hotel room for the night and find us another place to stay. While on the phone with them I received a message with the door code almost two hours after check in. There was an overpowering smell in the hall where the washer was and the beds smelled the same. I think it may have been fabric softener. There was not a single blanket in the entire condo, not even a throw on the couch. The sheets looked like they were 10 years old and the shower door handle was glued on with what looked like white plumbers puddy. We initially could not find and spoons until we checked the dishwasher and it had not been emptied. We have stayed several other places and there was always an extra roll of tp under the sink, not this one. We had to go out and buy more. The key did not work at the fitness room and the office gave us one. They had changed their system and the keys were not updated. Also the patio door glass needs to be cleaned. This is a wonderful resort but the owners are not.

This trip was due to the loss of a family member. We didn’t think we could be home this holiday season so we took the trip to celebrate him. We did things that were his favorite. Your place was convenient and very nice. We will be using you again and would recommend you to all our friends!

Wonderful (and clean) stay for the family!
Our family really enjoyed our time here! We thought the condo seemed even nicer than the photos. Incredibly clean! The facilities (pool, grounds, etc) are very well maintained. The kids loved the heated, indoor pool. There was also an outdoor playground and bouncy pad (kind of like a huge trampoline), which were great! There was a little hiccup where we weren’t given the condo unit number, which delayed checkin, but we got it sorted out. The other thing to be aware of is to bring your own “everything”. They didn’t even have hand soap in the bathrooms, which was surprising. Overall great stay. I would highly recommend - especially for families with kids.

The property owner gets an F for communication. I had to ask for the check in info. The door code didn't work and the clueless owner didn't know their property well enough to help me. Stated someone would call me (they never did) When I called the owner back for an updated door code & more assistance, they hung up on me. We'll NEVER rent from this host again. Terrible.

The pool, lazy river, and all of the other amenities of this property are perfect for families. The condo was beautiful, the balcony overlooking the river was great! Perfect place to stay if coming for Ripken tourneys as there’s a lot to do on site to keep the kids busy.

This condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was clean and had all the features listed. It is bigger in person than it is in the photos with plenty of space for everyone to separate after a lengthy road trip! The arcade game was a hit with our kids ages 9 & 11. The view was amazing. The amenities at the resort were perfect for our needs. Any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner by the condo owner with great communication. When we’re on vacation we don’t eat in so I can’t speak to the kitchen supplies HOWEVER there were 3 coffee makers which was awesome!

June family vacation
We stayed june and We had a wonderful time. It was close to everything. Easy to get to. Love the video game system. The washer and dryer was great for after pool days! Everything was comfortable to sleep or sit on. I even passed out in the recliner. ...i agree maybe few more towels. But I just did a load of towels popped em in the morning before going out and into the dryer when we got back... We would definitely stay here again.

Good location but is not updated.
There were several issues with the condo, washer/dryer had to be taken out one day and replaced another, toilet broken, and tub didn’t work. We had workers coming in and out of the condo a lot which disturbed our vacation. There were no sheets for the pull out bed so we could not use that the first night. Also there were not enough towels and the condo only provided half rolls of toilet paper and paper towels so make sure you bring your own. The bedding was out dated and we asked for more pillow cases but never got a response from owner.
