My wife and grandson went in to take their bath and washed their hair. We were surprised with the hair dryer in the room would not work meaning that they had to go to bed with wet hair. Otherwise, the room was quite good. The beds were ultra-high and as my wife is 5'1", and my grandson and I are about 5'7" we had fun getting into our beds. Just as the dining area had some tables and some ultra-high tables, but we could choose the lower tables. Thank you for a good night's sleep.

Very please with our stay clean rooms. Continental Breakfast was very good. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the parking is a little difficult. Would definitely stay again.

The hallway and our room had a horrible mildew smell. The sink would almost overfill while you were washing your hands. The bathroom door frame was very rusted. There were also gnats in the bathroom.

The property was very clean and looked to be recently updated. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast but I enjoyed it each morning before heading out for the day. It was fairly centrally located (in my humble opinion as this was my first visit to the area). The only downside, which certainly isn’t a dealbreaker, was the parking. It was unique in that the parking area is under the hotel, but there are large support columns to maneuver around. All in all, I would recommend this property and will stay there again if I make it back in the area!

the hotel is unique in design...quite modern it is in the heart of Pigeon Forge... the rooms are quiet, and the beds are very good. but the parking is too tight for comfort. the bathroom had a mirror so low I could only see up to my chin, a towel bar was behind the toilet a few inches above the tank (useless) and the walk-in shower had no working vent and the room was very humid even with the AC. Breakfast was filling.

The staff is not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. Our rooms were immaculately clean with comfortable mattresses that will ensure a good night's sleep. The location is convenient to everything you could possibly need. Started the day off right with a delicious breakfast buffet, complete with a variety of fruit options for your little ones. Tipping is always appreciated and highly recommended to show your gratitude for their exceptional service. Located just off the strip, and within walking distance to fun attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment for a relaxing stay.

We stayed on the 4th floor and as soon as we got off the elevators there was a terrible humidity in the hallways and humidifiers running. In the front lobby it smelled so strong like perfume to cover the musty moldly smell and it was SO hot. When we got into our room it smelled terribly like musty/moldy cellar or basement. Our room felt extremely damp and wet no matter how we changed the air conditioner. Our sheets felt wet with dampness from the wet air. I woke up with a cough and sore throat the next morning from breathing in the terrible musty air all night. Front desk staff were not friendly. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean (minus the air quality…) but that’s about the only good there was. I would not stay here again. I’m not one to write reviews but this one was not a good stay.

Parking is a little tight, but not bad. Driveway entrance and exit are a little steep. The staff is first class, the breakfast is better than most. The only suggestion I would make is to have a computer for guest use.
