“We arrived late night and were greeted by staff. We checked into our room and discovered the tv remote didn’t work. We went downstairs to have breakfast which was very little to choose from. The bowls of tangerines and apples had a sign on them that said fruit not washed. No sink around to wash them. We asked the man at the desk to please fix our tv remote and asked for fresh towels. We left for the day. We left our sign on the door that said please make up room. Got back to our room around 8……

“Pool on small side”

“My carpet was not at all clean and I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. I put in a cleaner and filled the tub and ran it for ten minutes and the grease and dirt that came out was disgusting. It left a ring that I then scrubbed after I emptied it. The screen on my hairdryer was looked like it had been taken off and put back on and it made a grinding noise as if the fan was rubbing against it so I decided not to use it. The breakfast was good but I was a little disappointed to have the same……
