We really enjoyed our stay here. We especially enjoyed the Stitch movie night!! My granddaughter had a great time. The tropical drink and food menu were an excellent idea.
The only downside was our washing machine didn’t work and had water sitting in it indicating the previous guests staying in the room knew about this and either didn’t say anything or the staff didn’t bother fixing it prior to someone else staying in the room. Why wouldn’t this be a check for housekeeping? The maintenance person checked on it after I called the front desk but couldn’t fix it...didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. However, when I brought it to the attention of the staff after it happened, they reimbursed me for the trouble, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this is checked by housekeeping at the end of every guest’s stay and that management is made aware for proper handling so future guests don’t have this very inconvenient issue.
