“No heat. On day 3 a HA tech arrived spent whole afternoon in house with attic ladder in hall, front door open and admitted that he couldn't fix it without other tools. Gave us some tips on how to get some heat. Then rain came and roof leaked in living room, hallway and bedroom. Mold around some windows, musty smell, paint peeling under windows. ”

“My husband and I had come from a long distance and more than anything wanted tranquility. We were able to enjoy the views, cook good meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoy the quiet.
