“Large family traveling together for a wedding. The house fit our needs perfectly with number of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Very clean. Owner was attentive to our needs. Space was well suited for entertaining other guests and extended family who was also staying in town. Nice, safe and friendly neighborhood and located within 15 minutes of all the places we needed to be.”

“Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town! ”

It was a nice walk to some restaurants near campus and a short ride over to downtown Syracuse. “We stayed as an extended family. Half the family was from the area. The owner was super nice and helped us get in a little bit earlier as we had been stuck in airports for 36 hours prior. The youngest enjoyed the fishing and the extra toys that were available. This spot on the lake is one of the best for fishing and for the kids to swimThe dryer did break down and the owners had a new one out the next morning on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for more. Will defiantly stay here again. ”
