The lobby is genuinely gorgeous, and the rooms are quaint. The rooms are on the smaller end (this is NYC after all), but it does not feel like they are small. They are laid out strategically to feel spacious, and the amenities offered are excellent. The staff are always super friendly and provide excellent customer service. Aside from all of these benefits, the hotel is in the perfect location.
