“Total scam. We were charged a $500 smoking fee. We did not smoke in the room. Also, there was no written notice or any kind of notice at all about this hidden fee. Row hotel is getting a reputation for charging this fee randomly. Stay away!”

“The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.”

“As a solo female traveler, this was a great place to stay. I felt very safe here and the staff were so kind. The room was perfect! Clean and enough room for just myself! Room had AC which was helpful, and the showers were very clean and kept up. I look forward to staying again!”

And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”
