“The complex is under major renovation. There was no hot water available on my last morning. I’m sure that these issues are beyond the control of the host. “Branden was a great host. Very communicative. The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked! View of Vancouver was outstanding. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to visit beautiful Vancouver, BC. ”

“Enjoyed our stay here. Location is great, lots of things in walking distance, including the Aquabus dock. Deck and views were fantastic. Interior would be a little tight for more than 3 or 4 people, but we were comfortable with one person in each bedroom and one on the foldout bed in the living room. Loved being on the top floor with no noise upstairs. Building was quiet and felt safe/secure. Host was very helpful and responsive. ”

“Great location to get to all three mountains for skiing. It’s the bottom unit of a house, and we rarely heard people upstairs. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a small view of the water/city from the unit. Lots of restaurants and small shopping center a very short drive away. There is a small parking spot in the street for the VRBO, it was tight for our SUV but worked. ”

“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”
