"Upon arrival, told we’d been “upgraded” to the West House next door. Sounded exciting with promises of included breakfast and happy hour. We ended up in a room with no bathroom counter and no air conditioning. Should’ve been a sign when there was a stand alone fan in our room. The room didn’t go below 75 once. The front desk staff was wonderful, their only saving grace."
