“The gym was great. The breakfast buffet was great (except it was supposed to be open until 10:30 and there was no omelet station open at 9am when I went). Overall the place could be beautiful but it was poorly maintained. The windows had prints all over them in our room and on the campus. The gym equipment was the same. A lot of the surfaces and doors looked dingy and unkept as well.”

“Room and entire property was clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. There are two choices for parking: you can park in the garage yourself, just give your plate number at the front desk. You can also leave your car for valet parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. It’s not a continental breakfast, you order from a menu.”

“This was a very nice hotel with the worst staff experience. From beginning to end I feel like we did all the work to make our trip enjoyable. Because someone called out we had no actual cooked breakfast day 2 although we paid for the full breakfast. Do t even get me started about the shuttle service. We waited for almost 2 hours outside the airport and when we called all they said was they will be there soon. No one ever called us to tell us the shuttle came and went because it was full?……

“Charged 48 dollars a night just to park. The pool was not even open. Check in was not ready at 3 when we got there. Had to put a 100 dollar deposit on room have not seen credit yet on my card left room spotless. City of Portland charges 3 percent hotel tax on rooms.”
