The staff was very friendly. Front desk clerk loaned me a bottle opener, and the breakfast attendant got me a bottle of water from the front desk. The down side was jacuzzi was full of kids, but the room was comfy and the bathroom was beautiful.

All was great except I think we had the one room on the first floor that is next to the kitchen or something. Loud banging noises starting at 5:30 am. Don’t get room 112 unless you are an early riser.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly. Pool was extremely cold and hot tub made a loud noise when the jets were on. Did not get the room that was advertised that I paid for. (Selected the room with two queen beds and the couch with extra tv) got a room with only two beds no couch. Also the advertised Paul Mitchel hair products were not what was in our room. I was a little disappointed in the smaller room and was excited to try Paul Mitchel. For $329 I figured we’d get what was advertised.
