“We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is very friendly. We talked with some locals and they told us about a farmers market and local vendors that come around on Saturday mornings. Really enjoyed the patio in the backyard. The home was very clean and had everything laid out for us. Allison responds very quickly and has been wonderful. I would definitely recommend this cute home! ”

“We needed a place with privacy for each traveler for a company retreat, and this property offered that. Those who stayed said the property was older and had some cracks due to settling. There are ledges and steps that would make it difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was a dream! “Great place! My husband and I travelled to Phoenix to watch a couple of baseball games and golf. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was a 15 minute walk to Chase Field. 15 Minute walk to downtown area - close to a couple of breweries… The studio was clean and perfect for us. Could sleep 3 - had a twin size bed in loft. King size bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator; toaster oven and 2 burner stove; Kuerig coffee pot; washer and dryer. “The unit was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds are super comfortable. The two bathrooms really helped with getting ready in the morning.The location to ballpark was a perfect walking distance and it was just a short 25 minute drive to the golf course we played at. “We come to PHX every year for spring training baseball, and this year we close to stay in the Rosevelt area. Everything you need is walkable from this stay location. Perfect house for me and my wife to stay at for 30 plus days with all the touches of home for relation and stay in cooking dinners. Hummingbirds in front yard was an added bonus. ”
