The staff were all lovely and helpful, they let us check-in very early on short notice and held our bags on the last day to let us explore Cusco one last day before our bus. The location is quite a ways out of the historic centre but there is a great local market with a lot of dining options nearby. "

"The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1\. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2\. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night."
