"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

A really lovely apartment -perfect for our first holiday abroad … yes, there are stairs but a few minutes on leaving the apartment you are standing in the beautiful old port.. springboard to local bars and restaurants, boat trips and hill climbs to amazingly sited churches.. spending a delightful evening watching the sunset at the entrance to the harbour.. it was so easy with a lovely ‘home’ to return to.. "We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it"

"This worked perfectly for me and my friend. Amazing location and had everything we needed. They have used the space really wisely! The only thing we were surprised by was the amount of stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the apartment. We have also been moved out of the accommodation for 7 days and have not yet heard of our deposit return."

"Muy lindo el departamento,limpio y confortable. Faltaron toalló y toalla para el 3°huésped, Tendría que haber tenido una jarra eléctrica o un recipiente donde calentar agua para un simple té. Deficiente la vajilla solo 4 tacitas de café …sin platos ni cubiertos…y al menos dejar 3 saquitos de café ,no solo 2 ,sabiendo que éramos 3. ES IMPORTANTE AVISAR A LOS FUTUROS HUÉSPEDES TODO LO QUE BRINDA EL ALQUILER DEL DPTO.CON CLARIDAD INDICANDO LO QUE FALTA. Y BRINDAR LA DIRECCIÓN CORRECTA….Saludos."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le domaine et la végétation sont magnifiques. Très bien situé, nous nous sommes régalés à faire des balades à vélos en plein cœur du parc naturel de la Camargue, entre étang, chevaux, taureaux et flamands roses, un enchantement.
