“Property clean, we'll kept. Need to change up the food. Service was good for most part as I guess they were shirt staff. Nice little beach and snorkeling. Money spent on all inclisive was not worth it. Had much much better elsewhere.”

“Hotel was fine. We did had a troublesome start; we requested a room with 1 king bed, they told us they didn't had any, so we were assigned a 2 bed room. When we went into our room, there was someone in there: seems they made a mistake assigning our room and we had to go back to get another one which, suprisingly, had a king bed. Once we got through that everything was fine. Food from the buffet is between okay and meh, tho the restaurants have some really good options. Beach was clean and……

“Despite spending our first night in a room with dbl beds our reservation was fulfilled when the next day we were given the king bed as booked. Food was ehh most days for me (personally) in the buffet breakfast being my favorite, my husband enjoyed the buffet most of his visits. Striker Sports bar we found better food than captain Morgan’s. Grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed the caribe Caribbean restaurant and Kyoto Japanese. Bed was a bit firm for our taste but overall enjoyed our stay.……

“I cannot express how special this resort is. Small, intimate, and unique. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday..special drinks, food and a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler on top, Best birthday ever. I was upgraded to an amazing ocean front room. The food was great, the pool was wonderful. The beach is maintained and clean with lots of chairs and hammocks. I've found my vacation spot and will definitely be back.”

“We had a great time! Our only complaint was that after our long travel day, the check in counter AND a separate rep after tried to upsell us. It lasted about an hour and our kids were exhausted and we didn’t realize what was happening or really have the opportunity to decline. We thought we made a mistake booking there because we were hassled so much at the beginning. But once we learned who to avoid and firmly decline, we had a great time. “Lo mejor, el personal. Siempre dispuesto para atender los requerimientos. La comida nos pareció muy típica. Los servicios bien, algunas deficiencias en lo edilicio, sectores con mantenimiento a mejorar. El último día dejo de funcionar el aire acondicionado y no tuvimos respuesta al reclamo. No se reparo”
