“This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. We encountered multiple difficulties and a lot of attitude. It was sad and disappointing as we are used to being treated like family. “Very clean and great staff. Located north of town but not far. Easy to get around. Highly recommend. Island Divers Cozumel is located in Coral Princess which is a great dive shop.”

“The Reef is a really nice resort, nice beach, pool, views and one of the best beach inlets with the least amount of seaweed! Dislikes were all the food was bland with little to no flavour but the best restaurant was the Japanese restaurant it’s just like Benihana’s but of course you pay extra for it. All the drinks also tasted the same no matter what you got unless you were taking shots.”
