“Staff always excellent. Vicky, Fernando and Axel stood out and always went above and beyond. Inside bartenders were also very attentive. At gaviota for breakfast santiago worked non stop to ensure glasses were full and tables cleaned. THere is a reason we continue to return there”

“This was the nicest resort I’ve ever stayed at. It takes all inclusive to a new level of luxury. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and chose a room with a swim up balcony. 100% worth it. Having your own private place to take a dip was wonderful. And our room was constantly checked up on and refreshed.
We enjoyed couples massage, which was also perfect. The spa experience was comprehensive and pampering in the best way. I utilized the gym, which has everything I needed and then some!……

“Beautiful property, truly unique. We loved the beach bungalows, hammocks, and yoga, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The dinners were uneven mostly due to the preparation of the main course (oversalted and undercooked) and the servers’ limited hospitality. The fresh salad bar and good soup sustained us. The food at the beach bar was good, but the service was hit or miss with high prices. ”

“We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … ”
