The whole entire staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Each and every single staff member always said hi with a big and sincere smile. My young children loved all the pools. My kids absolutely love the Coco café. There were many great drinks and desserts. We were impressed by the variety pastry at the Coco Cafe. The specialty restaurants were all delicious. The hotel room was extremely nice and spacious. Overall, it was a very good experience for a family vacation with young kids.

The way we were welcomed was beyond our expectations. Every single member of the staff was very polite. Because of the days we were there, most of the restaurants were not opened, we suggest to close only one restaurant a day so guests can enjoy all of them during their stay. The only BUT we have for this hotel is that it doesn't have a beach. But we really loved how relaxing it was, how quiet, how good the food is.

We had the most wonderful time at Dreams Puerto Morelos! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is no beach, so if the beach is what you are looking for this may not be the resort for you. We were traveling with our 20 month old toddler and knew going into our vacation that she would be more interested in the pool than the beach anyway, and Dreams Puerto Morelos did not disappoint! The property is gorgeous, the food is amazing, the views are breathtaking, and the staff is absolutely phenomenal! There are constant fun activities, happening, and fun for the whole family! Our toddler absolutely loved all of the shows each night! She has also been talking about the Teppanyaki cooking show since we’ve gotten home, saying “more fire”! Our chef, Esteban was so entertaining! I can’t recommend this property enough! If you are looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, this place is truly wonderful!

Nice property, good food, great service, rooms are spacious, in good condition, walkable property - not too large. Disappointing that there was real beach on property, the ocean was unswimmable at the resort which was not conveyed in the resort information. Resort was very family friendly with nightly entertainment mostly geared towards entertaining the children, that was great fun!
