“I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could……

“The whole experience was magical! The rooms, the people and their hospitality was unimaginable. We will definitely be going back there! A special mention of Ryan and Abby who do exceptional work in making each and every guest feel more than welcomed and acoomade all their requests.”

“I booked a Jr. suite, however was upgraded it seems. I had a huge apartment with balcony! Wonderful local food, entertainment, staff and there were shuttles to the beach every hour. The pool is maintained very well and I never had to fight for a seat by the pool. The property is very walkable. Stay here to really relax. ”
