“Communication with Leigh Ann was pleasant and quickly to address one small issue I encountered. Instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Overall my stay was relaxing, clean and easy.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the condo was cool when we got there. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“Kinda of a shaky start as the VRBO instructions didn't include the unit's apartment number. Owner was very responsive to our issue and otherwise was an enjoyable stay. Apartment was cozy modern and centrally located. We would very much recommend this condo for anyone considering a Scottsdale/Phoenix vacation.”

“Staff was fantastic, next time we will go in the winter. 114 degrees was a little much. AC worked great.”

“A great, convenient stay.”

“Everything was setup great! Will comeback for sure!”

“Run down, overpriced, smelly. No coffee maker even though shown in photos. Reached out to rental agency and heard nothing back about it. Would not stay here again ”

“The condo is as pictured! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, nice pool area! We would stay here again!”

“It was a great location for what we were looking for! Close to Old Town Scottsdale, to gardens and museums, & spring training teams! Bed was comfortable and pool & hot tub were a blessing in the heat!A few suggestions are, a non-slip mat in the tub/shower! It is very slippery and unsafe with no grab bar? Also, need a bath mat for outside the tub when you step out with wet feet! Also unsafe! Nice little balcony, but no chairs to sit out there, so unusable?Complaints-We had multiple minor……

“Quiet clean unit.”

“So convenient fun gathering spaces and quiets , super cute retreat!”

“We loved this condo and it fit our needs for our family!!! It had great bed rooms, living room, large kitchen, plenty of furnishings, quality washer/dyer, private garage and just steps away from the pool. But what really sets this place apart from all the others are the owners!!!!!!! They were EXTREMELY kind, generous and understanding of our families unique needs while we were in Phoenix. M&M is by far one of the most genuine people we have ever (and likely ever will) rent from on this……

“Wonderful customer service at check in! Pool area was very nice. Condo had supplies like keurig pods, detergent, laundry items, tp, shampoo / conditioner/ body wash / hair dryer. Huge help in not having to go out & get a ton of stuff ! Very much appreciated! ”

“Property specifically the pool was well maintained and clean. The outside facilities with the ping pong table, foosball and cornhole were in really bad shape Some of the monitors that control the light and ceiling fans were missing batteries”
