“The lobby was very deceiving! I thought this might actually be nice. Lobby bathroom was unavailable due to overflowing issues. Pool was closed due to it being disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. The room looked like a crime scene. Blood on the bedding and carpet. Bath tub was clogged up, sleeper sofa had fries and syrup inside of it. They definitely don’t clean that. Meanwhile the owner drives a Rolls Royce & charged my card twice! They promised a complimentary stay,……

“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Housekeeping Management I've Ever Experienced We are a family of four with two young children, one of whom was sick during our stay, and our experience at Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo was absolutely terrible. I have never seen such poor housekeeping management and such a complete lack of communication between housekeeping staff and the front desk. “Jeremy at the front desk checked us in and was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not. Breakfast had a very nice selection of hot and cold items and was well-stocked. The location of the hotel put us near Maumee and Toledo which made it nice for sightseeing. We would absolutely……

“Noisy A/C”

“The pool area left a lot to be desired. Lack of towels stored there as well. This is the only negative.”

“Property was nice and room was spacious. Stuff was very courteous. However, the room ware had a weird smell when we entered. It was too late when we checked in to get the room changed.”

“The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!”
