Kitchen has spacious pantry and is well stocked with kitchenwares and small appliances to comfortably cook a family meal. Hardwood floors on the lower level, large concrete patio with outdoor furniture, gas grill (propane provided) and fenced backyard. King bedroom features large walk-in closet, private TV, and in-suite bathroom with dual vanity and separate tub/shower. Queen bedroom has a full desk/work area, private TV and attached full bathroom. 1min Walking distance to neighborhood pool.Base nightly rate includes for 4 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night.
