“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“The facilities were very good and clean, very modern and it’s a great location. The pod is fine if all you intend on doing is sleeping as it is very small but this isn’t a problem. The only problem I had is the QR code. Mine wouldn’t work and I was waiting about half an hour for the staff to fix it. Eventually the staff gave me some random QR code and said this would be fine, as opposed to me getting sent one. So then I was paranoid all night (because I left a couple times, also going to the……
