“The property was nice but it looked like it was remodeled by unprofessional persons. The bathroom had very messy grout, a torn shower curtain and just wasn’t up to the usual Holiday Inn expressproperties that we have stayed in”

“Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to……
