While I was on my way on my trip Hotels.com contacted me about reservation at Suburban Extended Stay hotel. My reservation was canceled without even talking to me first. I had this reservation for a month. Sorry Hotels.com, you did not honor what I ordered and people need to know this. The front desk person at the former hotel was very rude, so we found somewhere else to stay.

We arrived after midnight and the office was closed. We had to call and wait for an attendant to arrive. Although we parked at the front door, she made us bring our bags through the side door. There was a man wandering the parking lot and approached my husband at the door to let him in. It was very unsettling and come to find out, the desk clerk knew him but didn't alert us.

I waited in my car for 3 hrs for non smoking room. No one called me back. I called and they said stop by at hotel front desk. When I went they said non smoking given to someone else, as they have reservation all day long. Its not my fault. Why anyone should be staying in filthy smoking room when whole hotel smell like pot. Also whole night there was noise coming from above room. I used my points for a day and credit card for second day. I really wants to get my refund back and points to be reverse back. Thanks!
