"the hotel was fully booked due to the balloon fiesta and quite busy. front desk staff probably could have been more friendly but i think they were overwhelmed with guests checking in and out. our room was clean, comfortable bed but terrible pillows. also the bathroom could use a new shower head, and i wish the lighting was better especially for putting on makeup. the pool area was spacious and the bar was great. all in all our stay was good and we would recommend it to our family and friends."
