Very clean

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road.

It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Loved staying here for the Taylor Swift concert! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and had some helpful tips for transport around the city. The area has every dining and shopping option you could want. Breakfast was also fantastic both days we were there. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to KC!

I searched hotels for 3 days and read reviews after reviews finally coming to this hotel on expedia and the reviews were amazing the pictures were amazing so I canceled my other reservation that was closer to Worlds of Fun for this one 20min away... it was a very great decision!!! We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

I LOVE THE KITCHEN AND FREE LAUNDRY. BUT THE BEST WAS JACKIE THE FRONT DESK PERSON. SHE IS AWESOME .

This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

Make sure to pack your bathing suits and kids floats! They do not sell them at the hotel (totally should though) The beds were super comfortable! We got a king size bed with a pull out couch for our two younger kids & the room still had room for their little toys and games! The waterpark was super cute!
