“This hotel was right on the main road next to the beach. Therefore there was some traffic noise at night, but it’s settled down as it got later. Very clean facility. Very nice family running the hotel. They rented beach towels for three euros each which came in handy. Breakfast was nice. We had to bring luggage up a floor as there was no elevator, but Hotel provided assistance. I would stay there again. Small selection of local items to purchase in the lobby and a bar and coffee bar available.”

“Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.”

“Highly recommend for a beautiful beach stay on a budget! The price I paid for my experience was unbelievable! 🌈 Great value for my ocean view room with huge balcony, pastry breakfast, included parking, and access to their private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella! “Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend”

“The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. ”

The staff was very accommodating. the restaurant was very good. The only concern is that our room was not very cool - air conditioning was not strong enough. Breakfast is ok, the restaurant didn’t seem to be open for dinner when we stayed, unsure why. Lunch from the snack bar was fine and the staff are friendly. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest bars and restaurants (15 mins) which is fine, but could become tiresome for older guests in extreme heat and a few days in. No real access to close supermarkets. “Such a wonderful, charming and rustique property. The staff were so warm and welcoming and the views of Etna, spectacular! The delicious breakfast was home made using the fruits and honey produced on the property, and Francesca was so helpful and could always be contacted via whatsapp as staff are only available for a few hours in the morning and evening, so you are free to ventrure around the land, or chill out on the roof terrace as if its your own home.
