The staff were great, especially house keeping - they were so helpful and so sweet! The room was clean, the restaurant in the hotel serves a great Ribeye and it’s literally around the corner from Blue Cross Arena!

We arrived 15 minutes after check in time and were told rather curtly that room not ready and come back in 30 minutes. When we returned in 45 our room still not ready. We were then given another room. Our room was clean and quiet snd comfortable.

Great stay! The hotel was super clean and the pool and weight room/fitness room was way better than most. Loved this place.

Great stay and don't miss the Strong Museum!

Great stay. Right in the heart of the city. Convenient to downtown restaurants and the Strong Museum of Play which I highly recommend....super fun for adults and kids alike!
