Clean. Like new. Front staff was great, comfortable room with Lord of amenities. Will be back.

Liz is a fantastic host! The breakfasts were great (ask for her French toast). Neat neighborhood house full of history. I’d go back in a hot heartbeat

For the first time in many years I was not able to stay with family while visiting New Bedford, Massachusetts during the Thanksgiving holiday. I chose to stay in this hotel due to the proximity to my family's home and the good reviews. I was so happy I chose this hotel. It was clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and they serve a delicious included breakfast. It has a nice heated pool wich we enjoyed, as well as a small gym. The parking was free and safe to park. Friendly staff ,nice room Main floor could have been cleaner

We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape.

It was perfect can’t wait to stay again

Gorgeous property right out of the gate from the area where you enter and check-in merging with the space to sit by the fireplace then the beautiful, rustic tavern and stunning event space in addition to the lovely, updated and spacious room just yards away for our overnight stay! Very friendly and kind staff as well! Could not be more impressed and pleased with our stay. Perfect balance of rustic, old Cape Cod charm and modern amenities. Superb!

Location convenient to my destination.

We were greeted with a smile and friendly attentive staff. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was served and was fresh & delicious. Choices of cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, veggie sausage, canadian bacon, waffles with many toppings, oatmeal, various fresh fruits. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, friendly staff, and good dining around the hotel.

Amazing a little upset that the pictures showed a hottub and there actually wasnt one.

I had a wonderful stay at the beach breeze inn. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

Extremely clean and friendly staff

We really liked the design of the hotel & the rooms. The king bed & pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice & big, and we liked that the shear shade was a picture of trees! :-) The breakfast had many options, and the staff made sure it was fully stocked. The front desk people were super friendly and the check-in was quick & easy. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a 6 minute drive to Battleship Cove & Narrows Center for the Arts.

Check in was fine, no elevator and could not get washer to work. Gentlemen at the front desk did not seem to care.
