"Amazing hotel overall."

"It was a nice hotel in a great location. A bit noisy as our room was about ten feet from the elevator. We only had a half roll of toilet paper. I requested toilet paper and additional towels from the front desk but never received them. Our key cards were not programmed for the parking lot so a bit of a hassle. I would stay there again."

"The front desk staff were amazing and a very helpful. The Buffet breakfast in the morning was fantastic that sells itself to me. Parking in the garage was easy. The rooms were very clean. If I had to find something negative, it would be that the pool does not have a heater apparently and being mid July it was still quite chilly. The game room for the kids is also still under construction. Overall, though I think it was a great value and several nice amenities. We will definitely stay there again."

"The front desk man when we checked in was not friendly, even when given a compliment. He was in a rotten mood. The lobby reeked of weed all day and night Saturday. Thankfully it was gone Sunday. The hallway to the room was stinky and dark. The room was decently clean, but the bathroom walls had stains on them by the toilet, and the carpet wasn’t very well cleaned. The walls were dusty in the room. It seems Delmar is not doing as well as years past. We have stayed in the Moonrise many times over the last 15 or so years and it’s definitely not like it used to be in the area, which is sad! I’m not sure if we will come back."

"Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was in the perfect location, and our room was spotless and smelled wonderful. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time there and cannot wait to come back!"
