“One of the front desk ladies was a little quirky and loud but she was fine and that was the only thing I didn't love about the hotel. From the key cards being in composition notebooks to the cards being on notebook paper, even the littlest detail was thought of. Check-in was smooth, the staff directed us well to our room. Along the way there are school themed details to notice that are very clever and unique! Many placed have gone away from having water and coffee in the rooms - both were……

“I definitely wanted to say the front desk clerk, Chelsea was so amazing! She was friendly and attentive. The room was nice. No issues.”

“On my second night someone entered my room after 10:00 and claimed they had put their belongings in the room earlier. No one answered at the desk when my husband called to find out how someone else had a card to get in our room. Upon checking out the next morning, we told the clerk what happened and she took our phone number for the manager to call us-no one ever did.”

“The breakfast was your typical Best Western Breakfast. It was well stocked and the helper was so personable! We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it.”

“Absolutely a pleasure to stay here. I've avoided the Drury because I thought it was a run down hotel line. Turns out I was very, very wrong. The evening snacks were full meals, the breakfast was amazing, staff were attentive, kind & helpful. The pool was clean & ready for use daily. I will from now on look to this line of hotels to stay at.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
