"Great"

"I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. I paid for a room, but I was given a different one. The bed was full of hair, and there were orange peels and dust everywhere in the room. The bed is very small and does not look like the pictures at all, just like the hotel itself. We asked to have the sheets changed, but we were told that we could change them ourselves. I find this unacceptable: I am paying for a service, not to clean a dirty room. I had a truly horrible experience at this hotel. I have therefore requested a refund."

"I like that there is a kitchen. The kettle and toaster work and the microwave. Bathroom is fine. The only downside is the parking. Tight space and only few spots. I like the location very convenient."

"Beautiful & clean property with lots of amenities and the self parking was greatly appreciated. The 1 star is for the night receptionist that was completely bored and uninterested with her job in the hospitality field. Its a bummer when you find a great place but get a terrible service as soon as you step in the reception area."

"Perfect for family of five with two teens. Plenty of space, full kitchen allowed us to heat leftovers and make pasta dinner. Pool just right for a quick dip. Room service prompt and friendly. Continental breakfast a favorite for everyone!"
