“I’m very disappointed with our stay. The main issue was the excessive noise coming from the guests upstairs. We were on the first floor, and the noise continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.
I tried several times to go to the front desk, which was advertised as being open 24/7, but there was literally nobody there during the entire night. I also tried calling the hotel’s phone number several times, but nobody answered.
Our scheduled check-out time was 11:00 AM, but……

“The room assigned to me was not what I’ve booked, and walking up five floors of stairs with 20 kg luggage was not fun. However, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and not far from the Metro.”
