“The capsule bed and pillow were comfortable. Good privacy in the capsule. Staff were super nice. Some noises (snoring, people walking around, etc…) could be heard, but overall it was a good experience. The one in st Laurent is sort of in a sketchy area, with bums and some trash on the street. The button lights on the interior panel were too bright and had to cover it with half my pillow. The off button unlocked the door. The unit fan could use a bit of maintenance to have more air flow, but……

“I’m very disappointed with our stay. The main issue was the excessive noise coming from the guests upstairs. We were on the first floor, and the noise continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. I tried several times to go to the front desk, which was advertised as being open 24/7, but there was literally nobody there during the entire night. I also tried calling the hotel’s phone number several times, but nobody answered. Our scheduled check-out time was 11:00 AM, but……

“地點方便，近地鐵站和機場巴士 房間乾淨、寧靜 但房內浴室窗戶只遮了一半，可以清楚見到對面屋 去前枱問職員有無窗簾或甚麼東西可以遮掩 職員回答所有浴室都是這樣半遮，沒有問題...... 很好奇職員是否在對面樓測試過角度真的安全”

“The room assigned to me was not what I’ve booked, and walking up five floors of stairs with 20 kg luggage was not fun. However, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and not far from the Metro.”
