"Easy access to airport. Expensive parking, but very convenient in and out access. Valet would be a nice addition. Staff was helpful and friendly. Large room soaps and lotions were appreciated. Will use them again."

"Our stay at L7 was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was built in 1912, so has some quirks that come with age, but I think adds to the ambience. The location is convenient to train lines, with a short walk from the blue line if you're coming and going from O'Hare."

"Was a great location historically beautiful but a lot of this stuff was outdated and there was rust in the showers carpet was old and just the building itself is old so mind what you pay for."

"Reception and welcome were excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Lacked a central light switch at door, and we had to run the shower for a long time before hot water came through but was then fine. Bathroom could do with a few more towel rails and would prefer a bar of soap to the liquid soap, but all very clean. Enjoyed o'sheas bar in the evening where service was great and food tasty if a little pricey."
