“I found the mattress and pillows to be extremely uncomfortable...there was very little support from them as they were so "soft." I had a very uncomfortable night of sleep. But there may not be a lot you can do to remedy this.”

“We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. Front desk lady was sure to remind us that our 2nd night would be……
