“The room was not clean, there was hair in the sink and flicks of toothpaste on the mirror. The bathroom tub/shower was so bad we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. The toilet paper roll had 8 squares of toilet paper on it and we had to put the new roll on ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was coming apart and there were dust bunnies in every corner. I was happy we only had to be there 9 hours!”

“No breakfast foods, only mediocre coffee. Very skimpy on toiletries. The mattress slumped and the pillows were very small. ”

“Had a great timing staying at this special, fun place! Loved the decor, charm and of course pinball machines. The owner was kind and accommodating. I look forward to booking again next time I’m in Richmond.”

“The property and room was wonderful. The staffing in the morning was a little unfriendly but the afternnon/evening person was delightful, We loved having all of the ammenities of the room. We would have loved it even more if they had a hot tub. Very clean and comfortable Beds ”

“There is a train nearby and you can hear the train pretty often. We didn't mind, but I think it's worth mentioning since it was pretty loud and pretty often.”

“The property is very clean & close to the Henrico sports complex if you are traveling for AAU. Breakfast is included as well. Easy in & out. ”

“Everything was great. From entrance, lobby, room etc. My only complaint is that I got there at 4:35pm (check in at 4). My room was not ready and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. I called at 5:20pm and got me a new room. Me and my fiancé was in town for Wiz Broadway show, so it could’ve been a let down if it was not corrected. Still 5/5 exceptional hotel!”

“The thing that was good there was the ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. They were very nice and very helpful. But don’t pay the higher price for breakfast. It’s all the same. They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty. Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go. They said there’s a pool there but they have no instructions or tell you nothing about where the pool is or nothing. They said you can order room……

“Convenient location is what drew us to the hotel late arrival. Check in was smooth and room comfortable. The manager Tracy is very kind and quickly took care of a little mixup. We will def be back.”
