Loved the decor and cleanliness of the room. Just didn’t like the service given.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The only challenge was the busy elevator. We had to wait over 5 minutes each time to get an elevator going up or down.

The staff here were awesome and you can’t beat the location if you have business at Lincoln Center. However, the bathrooms are the classic NYC size (tiny) and had some deteriorating plumbing and fixtures. The sinks are so badly designed they spray everywhere. Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. My father used to own a business in Saddle Brook so I am very familiar with the town. It's still the same!
I stayed at hotel because I was in transit bet. Boston and DC. I did not explore Saddle Brook. Hotel was convenient bec/ it was just off of the Garden State Pkwy, also Rte. 80. Area around hotel appeared to be lots of warehouses and truck pkg. lots.
I stayed at the hotel as a stopover during my trip from Boston to Washington, DC. I found the location very convenient because it was just a short distance off of the Garden State Pkwy, also close to Rte. 80. I did not explore Saddle B
Easy to get to and low traffic compared to NY, just cross bridge and get there
