“离机场很近 停车方便”

“I was told upon arrival the hotel had overbooked and although I paid up front for my room at booking there was no room held for me. I was forced at 11pm at night to find another hotel with availability which ended up being over 20 mins away which was another uber ride and by the time it was sorted and I made it to the other hotel it was 1am. I have never experienced this before; the staff approach was brutal with the response being " you will have to find another hotel, we overbook all the time……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“窗帘无法完全拉上这个设计很奇怪，还有不给牙膏。记得以前住red roof都有牙膏。停车场有点拥挤，因为和对面酒店共用一个停车场。”
