“Very satisfied ”

“I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.”

“The breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. It was super clear to check-in and what the hotel rules were. The TV was huge and nice. I enjoyed the theme/furniture which was novel (colorful and minimalist). The room was nice and had plenty of lights and outlets.”

“Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. I worked nearby and chose this hotel because I used to work for a Country Inn, they always have great……

“Great staff super helpful”

“Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.”
