“My friend and I loved everything about our stay at this lovely, well appointed accommodation (with very comfy beds!) in a super convenient location of the Trastevere neighborhood in Roma. Luana & Danielle were very attentive and always available to answer questions and give great advice. There is a really good coffee shop/bakery next door offering an included breakfast & a nice wine shop directly across the street. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to have coffee in the morning & a happy……

“Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten genug Platz mit 5 Personen. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. “The property was in a secure classic building conveniently located to all the restaurants. In addition to your room there is a common area kitchenette with espresso maker you can access anytime. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop. I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!”

“Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. ”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient location, clean room and a very nice rooftop deck. There were limited hours with front desk staff and they were nowhere to be found at check-out time so we were unable to leave our bags while we went for a bite to eat. We were on the third floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. We were warned about this and informed of times when there was someone to help carry bags up,……
