“Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous……

“Very modern hotel. A rare find in Puerto Rico for the price that was offered. “Smart” hotel so you use a code for the front door and for your room. Very friendly staff. Very clean room and very good AC. Shower was good but there was no door so water splashed everywhere but it was fine because it dried quickly. Overall I’d give this place a solid 9/10. I would stay here again.”

“The property was clean and overall enjoyable the only thing I would have really anything bad to say about was that some of the dishes still had some food on them from who I can only assume was the previous people who stayed there but I just cleaned the dishes and went about my day nothing too bad”
