This property needs to upgrade & fix items like tv & remotes, locks, phones, bathrooms but mostly beds. I'm use to the east side of San jose so location doesn't bother me. Also cleaning staff needs to do better because our room was clean but our sheets under main sheet was dirty so was the floor. I couldn't use blankets so thankfully there was a heater. I was in room 103 thx

The rooms stunk like a used cat litter box. I even went to Target to get an air purifier spray and it was no use. The bed and sheets were full of hair. There was questionable stains all over, the curtains were ripped, bathroom door missing, and the vent in the bathroom not working. There was cigarette burns all over the ac unit.Honestly this was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at. The parking lot was full of trash as well.
