Could not fault this hotel. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast was great - even had a waffle maker! Location is perfect, 3 minute stroll to St Marks square and 1 minute from water taxi drop off. We would certainly stay there again if re re-visit Venice.
It was a convenient ride via Alilaguna from Venice Airport and it dropped us just yards away from the Hotel. We were upgraded to Junior Suite which is very spacious and lots of natural light. The shower room and toilet is relatively compact but not a major concern.
We found the hotel near to St Marks Square and an easy walk to explore Venice The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always polite and helpful The room was comfortable and well appointed - it just suited us for the short stay
The stripes were a little overwhelming but it was a nice room with two balconies that overlooked one of the side canals. Several gondolas traveled down in the morning while we were getting ready making for some great pictures. The breakfast was excellent. They also held our bags the next day after ...
I had a complimentary upgrade :), the location was excellent next to San Marco square. The staff are friendly. The thing that i didn't like it, The room was king bed but The bed was not comfortable, because it's two beds connected! there's gap in the middle. they should put mattress topper on the ...
The Hotel location was perfect. The staff was profesional the breakfast was every morning tasty. One think.... the room not was too modern, but is was everyday clean and comfortable. If I will going back to Venice I will choice definitely this Hotel. I recommend to everyone!
We stayed in an apartment which is close to the main hotel. Luca walked us over and showed all the features and even helped with luggage. Great facilities and all the staff were lovely. The water bus stop is close and puts all of Venice at your door.
This is a charming hotel in a great location---in the middle of a relatively straight street connecting St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised by the more than ample breakfast included with the room. It was a smaller room than we'd ...
Pleasand, small, average Venice hotel, but great central location, near Square and Opera House, and windows overlook a vibrant canal. Rooms are small; TV impossible to make work consistently, and hair dryer not working. Pleasant and helpful staff; fine breakfast. Pricey for it's size but perhaps ...
Kat and Mario, cute grey cat,,very lovely hotel, when I go back to venice,,,I'm gonna stay there!!!!! We loved it !!!! Thanks!!!!
Hotel was in the heart of everything, a few minutes walk to St Marks Square, shops restaurants and water Taxi's. Matteo was very helpful, my friend and I had a lovely time.
My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. We were greeted with prosecco on arrival and a very friendly staff member sat us down to explain all the key spots in Venice- we were very impressed with his politeness and enthusiasm. The hotel was in a great location with the waterbus stop straight ...
The hotel is located steps from the Rialto bridge! Water taxi stand is also very close. Room was clean and had an adequate amount of closet space. Bathroom could have a little more counter top space. The hotel staff could be a little warmer to its customers. The breakfast buffet was okay. Very crowded ...
Rooms we had were large with great canal viewevs. Buffet breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice! Locatio, location, location is just great.
This is our second time at Pallezzetto Pisani. We stayed in the 'Corto' suite which doesn't have a direct view of the Grand Canal but you can always enjoy an aperetivo on one of the balconies in the 'Piano Nobile'. The room itself is generously proportioned although some of the fittings are looking ...
I chose this hotel due to being on offer & near St Marks Square. I upgraded my room due to the offer. I had saved up for three years to be able to return to Venice for the Carnival. It was a lovely hotel, ideal location, with lovely views & lovely views. Staff were great & nothing was a problem. ...
Print the map that the hotel sends! Walk along the pier to the end and you will get within 100 steps of the hotel. It is in the alley between Gucci and next to Armani. Lots of towels and hot water but 5 flights of stairs with no elevator! Yikes.
