“The room needed repairs badly. There was only one sheer curtain panel on the window, the toilet seat was loose, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the shower diverter did not fully work, sending only maybe half the water to the shower head and the rest just kept coming out of the tub spout. By the time we discovered the extent of the issues it wasn't worth asking to change rooms. You can tell that housekeeping was doing their best to keep the rooms clean, but the maintenance was lacking.……

“The property was clean, well staffed and in the center of everything that we wanted to do. The downside was the occasional helicopters that were heard nearby. Overall experience was an 8/10”

“Room carpet was severely stained, walls were scuffed everywhere, couch was dirty, showers had pink mold and was gross. Property was well used. Went here because rating was high. This must have been dated well past the original reviews. Not great at all. Felt unsanitary, can’t trust the ratings”

“I would have given this a 5 star review, however, when I got into bed that night I had the strangest feeling based on the smell (not clean sheet smell) that it was possible the sheet had not been changed. Thee is no way I could prove this and I was exhausted from driving 1000 miles to get there. I'm 81 yrs old and didn't have the energy to get out of bed, dress, repack etc etc etc. Other than the smell, that's my take on it.”
