“The accommodations were pretty good. The check-in was easy, and the unit is pretty nice overall. Bathroom looks well done, towels are plush. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, good-sized mini refrigerator, utensils, and a few other appliances that could be used. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Samsung TV was nice too. Maybe the best part of the unit was a good working AC unit, as it was a little warm during my stay. My only negative feedback about the experience was……

“The property is located in a quiet charming neighborhood that is easily walkable to State Street where everything you want is readily available. The Santa Barbara Mission and Museum is a 20 min walk or 10 min drive. We found our room to be very comfortable and well appointed with thoughtful items that we didn’t know needed! The Nespresso machine was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area.”

“The property was clean. However, it was difficult to find the place, The number wasn't clearly visible. I was greeted by this person that I didn't know lived and worked in the property. I wish I knew so that I was expecting someone in close proximity. There wasn't any shampoo. The microwave was outside the property. Parking was very tight, There was an aircooler but no air conditioner. It was vert hot, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable in the room.”

“Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to State st. Super clean, easy check-in and a comfortable bed. The room is very small but it had everything that we needed.”

“Comfortable amenities, I really enjoyed the location as it was not too far from public transportation nor the beach. The kitchen and bedroom were my favorite parts of the stay including the bathrobes. ”
